Hello from City Hall! City Council has some important conversations ahead of Summer. I would like to share the following events with you. 

In-Person /Virtual Townhall: June 14th 

Please join me for an in-person / virtual townhall meeting on Wednesday June 14th from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm at the Ridge Community League (2111 Haddow Drive NW). Details on how to join virtually are below. You are not required to RSVP ahead of time. 

At the meeting on June 14th we will be touching on the following topics: 

  • Snow and Ice Control 2022-2023 Results: Coming to Community and Public Services June 19th
  • The Zoning Bylaw Renewal: Coming to Urban Planning Committee June 20th and Public Hearing October 16-18 
  • Edmonton Police Service Funding Formula: Scheduled to come to City Council July 4th 
  • Pop up Dog Parks: Why this is occurring and where to share your feedback 
  • Naturalization: Future plans for the City of Edmonton 
  • Transit Safety and Security: An update on the conversations occuring at City Council 

I understand that you may have additional topics that are not included in the above list. If there is something specific you would like me to address, please send an email to [email protected]. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during the townhall on June 14th. I strongly encourage you and your neighbours to come join in on the conversation!

Meet and Greet June 8th 

I would also like to take this time to invite you to attend a meet and greet on Thursday June 8th at the McDonalds Windermere (6314 Currents Drive) from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. This will be a great opportunity for anyone in the community to stop by and ask questions. Come and stop by and have a coffee with me!
